The Buyer exercises the right to terminate the contract, return products, and file complaints in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 19/2022). The Buyer inspects the products upon delivery and may file a complaint regarding visible defects, particularly related to the quantity delivered. For defects that could not be detected during a regular inspection upon delivery, the Buyer must notify the Seller without delay. Used products cannot be returned.

In accordance with the Obligations Act (Articles 400–422), the Seller is responsible for material defects that existed at the moment the risk passed to the Buyer, as well as for defects that appear afterward, if they are the result of a cause that existed before the transfer of risk.
Under Article 403 of the Obligations Act, the Buyer must inspect the received product in the usual manner or have it inspected as soon as the circumstances permit, and notify the Seller of visible defects without delay.
If the Buyer properly and promptly notifies the Seller of a defect, and the complaint is found to be justified, the Buyer is entitled to all rights provided by the Obligations Act, including:
Requesting removal of the defect.
Requesting replacement with a defect-free product.
Requesting a proportional price reduction.
Possibility of terminating the contract (unless the Seller proves that the defect is insignificant), under the conditions set by the Obligations Act.
The right to unilateral termination in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
In cases of termination due to defects, the return of incorrectly delivered, damaged, or unusable products is at the Seller’s expense, including the cost of replacement. However, the Buyer is not entitled to return products whose expiration date has passed—unless the product was delivered with a valid date and is safe to use—nor may the Buyer return opened products with a valid expiration date.
